1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of WebYetu, a website and online store builder operated under the name WebYetu, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Services

You are responsible for your account and any activity that occurs on it. You agree not to use our services for:

• • Illegal Activities: Actions that violate any applicable Tanzanian or tanzania law or regulation.
• • Harmful Content: Uploading or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• • Security Breaches: Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

• • Billing cycles are set on a monthly or yearly basis.
• • Payment must be received prior to the start of each renewal period.
• • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
• • Payments are processed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via supported payment methods.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WebYetu. Content you create and publish through the platform remains your property.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
